Companion Care Services
Support, connection, and peace of mind - for seniors and their families.
Aging can bring new challenges, but it should never mean facing them alone. Companion care is about more than just a helping hand - it’s about building trust, creating routine, and bringing joy through friendly support. Whether you or your loved one needs someone to talk to, help around the house, or a companion for errands and appointments, I’m here to make life simpler, safer, and more engaging.
What Is Companion Care?
Companion care enhances quality of life through social connection, emotional support, and help with everyday tasks. It is not medical care, but it provides the kind of consistent, compassionate presence that helps seniors maintain their independence and dignity. Staying engaged and active in life and finding joy daily is a critical component to aging well.

Why Companion Care Matters
Companion Care is more than just company—companion care can improve emotional health, daily routines, and overall quality of life.
Reduces Loneliness & Isolation - Regular social interaction helps protect cognitive health and emotional well-being—especially for seniors living alone.
Supports Emotional Wellness - Having a trusted companion provides comfort, confidence, and someone to talk to through life’s transitions.
Encourages Routine & Independence - With help managing day-to-day activities, seniors can maintain their independence longer in the comfort of their own home.
Eases the Burden on Families - Companion care offers peace of mind to adult children and caregivers, especially when they can’t be there in person.
Promotes Physical Activity - Simple walks, outings, and gentle movement help seniors stay active, mobile, and engaged.
Guidance Through Life Transitions - Supporting seniors and their families navigate health changes, I offer support through emotional and logistical shifts.

“Elizabeth was so helpful, patient, and caring with my father-in-law, who moved recently from his house into assisted living. She also works quickly and efficiently, and has a lot of insight and experience that can help families who are navigating the sometimes difficult transition with an elderly relative. I don’t hesitate to recommend her.”
